Quiet Time Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously.

  • We will not give out or sell your information (including name and email address) to anyone, ever.

  • We will also not send you email, unless you signed up for our occasional newsletter, or if it is directly related to Quiet Time functionality and on-boarding. You can always update your email preferences.

  • You are able to download all your own data and you can also cancel your account with Quiet Time and delete all your own data.

  • Usage analytics stays off unless you allow it. Google Analytics (on the web) and Firebase (on mobile) only load if you choose "Allow" — and you can change your mind anytime in Privacy Settings. If you decline, we load nothing and send nothing to Google.

  • We keep simple, anonymous counts of which Bible content is read (so we can tell the publishers we license from how often their content is used) and a rough estimate of visitor numbers. These are tied to no one — no name, no account, no device.

  • Our team may look at how features are used so we can improve Quiet Time, but we will only contact you about your own usage if you turn that on in Privacy Settings.

  • Finally, no one else will have access to your journal, memory, prayer, or other private data. Your data is encrypted before it is stored, and our error and security monitoring is designed to exclude your private content.
